Front Desk Agent

What you’ll do

Represent the hotel throughout each guest’s stay and work with hotel personnel to provide attentive customer care.

Register guests, assign rooms, accommodate requests, and support smooth checkouts.
Assist with reservations, cancellations, room inventory, and room assignments.
Share accurate information about room types, rates, hotel services, daily activities, and the local area.
Coordinate maintenance needs and report unusual occurrences to management.
Resolve guest concerns professionally while protecting guest privacy.

What you’ll bring

High school diploma or equivalent; hotel experience is preferred.
Professional communication and telephone etiquette.
Ability to learn reservation systems, front-office equipment, safety procedures, and cash-handling policies.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

What you’ll do

Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to established standards, helping provide a safe and welcoming guest experience.

Clean and restock guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, hallways, carts, and storerooms.
Replace linens and amenities; dust, polish, wash hard floors, and vacuum.
Check locks, lights, and remotes, and report unsafe or nonworking items.
Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor.

What you’ll bring

Basic knowledge of cleaning principles, products, and standard equipment.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, push or pull equipment up to 100 pounds, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Effective communication and availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
